SUP Skills Progression
This is a fantastic session if you are looking to improve and enhance your newfound skills.
The aim is to coach you to progress and improve your skills beyond the introductory level. We will undertake a longer SUP journey working on some top tips and tricks, journey planning, weather, kit, safety, and any other aspect you'd like to cover.

You may want to bring your own kit so we can grow your confidence and familiarity with your SUP board.
This session can also be booked on a private group basis.
Please note
The Welsh weather is slightly out of our control and your safety is top priority.
In the event of poor weather, particularly strong winds, alternative dates will be arranged.
- You must be able to swim 50m or be water confident
- Suitable for children aged 10 years +.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult on the water
- Minimum of three people required to run this session. Alternatively, please choose the one-to-one option for 1 or 2 people.
