SUP Introduction
Completely new to stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and fancy giving it a go? Perhaps you've had a go or bought your own kit and would like some formal instruction and guidance? If so, this introduction stand up paddleboarding lesson is the perfect for you! You will be equipped with all the essential skills from getting up and standing confidently on the board, turning effectively, self-rescue, plus safety and awareness knowledge. The aim of the session is to get you to be confident to start enjoying the amazing world of SUP.
This is an open group lesson with an option of booking an exclusive class for groups of more than 3.
Location: 1.5-2-hour stand up paddleboarding lesson at Llyn Padarn Llanberis

What's included?
You will be provided with all the kit which includes a board, paddle, leash, buoyancy aid, and a dry bag. You are also welcome to bring your own stand up paddle board to get familiar with your kit.
It is advisalbe to wear trainers or closed toe shoes to protect your feet - no flip flops or crocs as they are trip hazards.
Wetsuits can be added as extra to your booking , or bring your own.
